Yesterday was a test day. I had a lot of stress and worked really hard not to binge on something. I finally grabbed a hot coffee and dipped in that. Then up until midnight studying; I typically do not do well at night, but persevered.

Today will be rough; after work I need to grab ingredients for pizza casserole to eat tonight at study group while everyone eats pizza. Then I have to whip up something for lunch tomorrow (class all day). We do have a prime rib feed tomorrow night so I will be having prime rib and oysters. I think lunch needs to be meatless since I’ll protein up tomorrow night.

I just had an appointment scheduled for partial hysterectomy. This will be right after class is done. I have had no time for exercising and I will be happy to work that back in. Hopefully, walking will be allowed very soon after surgery.

My blood work came back and I’ve had that fear of diabetes since it’s prevalent in the family. Well from July 2nd to this week my fasting glucose has gone from 104 to 91! All my numbers looked good!!
