Day 4 of a planned 5 day ‘no solid food’ fast
Blood sugar 82 mg/dL

I'm posting a 'progress picture'. You will probably say "Meh" and I don't blame you :)

A few minor points:

* I am 50 years old
* I have been obese all my adult life (only losing the weight 3 months ago through fasting)
* I've been seriously weight lifting (3 days a week) for only 3 months

76.2 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@baskington - I am carrying more 'water' right now (picture was from yesterday). If I stayed on the current 'no food fast' for long enough I think it would eventually 'flush out' and I could get down to <165lbs. But, I would gain back 3lbs in a day once I ate anything :)

but you are no longer going down too low on the scale right?? you are still deciding about omad night for your workout. I noticed you dropped a couple pounds this week. out of diet mode and into maintenance mode!

What is the measure of your water weight? I had mine measured this morning & it was over 100 lbs (TBW 107.4).
