Fried potatoes pretty much epitomize home cookin' for me.. i figured they were a thing of the past. BUT stumbled across a pic posted by fellow Atkins peep, Olivia Rose. She pan fried radishes, so I tried some. Ya'll!! If you love fried potatoes this is in. the. zone! Little salt, little pepper... smack ya good!
