long time no see all. had an opportunity on my eyes, been on holidays, eat too much and put nearly a stone back on. it's time to jump back on the wagon and slim back down.

Nice to see you back these challenges will always be there but we don’t want to revert back so we overcome them otherwise what’s the point I’m quite happy where I am but it’s not my goal so forever forwards we can do it Christmas is nearly hear
