5 week post op visit today; went well, I’ve been concerned I wasn’t losing as fast as they were expecting me to but he assured me I’m right in line with where my BMI is. They suggested I up my calories because I’m not eating enough but otherwise continue as I am! Made me feel so much better to hear I’m on track and not failing as this surgery was my last ditch effort to lose this weight that I hadn’t been able to do on my own before. Now off to the primary care doctor which I’m so excited to see since I haven’t seen them since 2 months prior to surgery and I’m quite a bit lighter now!! 😊🙌🏼
93.4 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
