I have no choice but trust the trend. A trend is my friend.

I didn’t end October with the right scale number.

I DID end October with an average weight of 214.5 lbs from 21 weigh ins.

I accept this. I am strong, I don’t quit and I am moving on.

A family reunion in 3 weeks in warm and hopefully sunny Florida will not stop me from ending November with a lower average weight because . . .

Lol Ches not on your weight but visiting Florida. We are finally at least getting cooler temps in evening 60-70/ it beats 100 degrees at 11pm at night with 88 dew points!!! It's always sunny in Florida. September was a scorcher!!!!

Enjoy the trip. Your internal body doesnt know where you are, so trick it. While you're away change up your routine. A little muscle confusion should trick your body into burning. Have fun.

Thanks @Maine coon and @baskington - 21 days away. Need a break from leaving my house @ 4:50 AM and not returning until 7:10 PM Thanks @Alnona and @chrisw77 - muscle confusion is my cup of tea. Saturday's gym will treadmill interval sessions (Last HIIT session was Sunday and was shorter in lenght. The plan for Sat will be: 5 min walk warm up then 8 mph / 30 second sprint, 3.5 mph walk recover - repeat 25 times [I didn't like my heart rate at a 9 mph sprint. This will change as I get lighter and fitter]) Sunday will be weights, weights and more weights. Thanks @jengetfit123 - your transformation pictures you recently shared is amazing. "Looking good!" back at ya! Thanks @adefwebserver - calories and carbs were higher this month but the weight is coming down and I am moving more weight at the gym so I am happy. Thanks @Draglist - This slow drop is a good reflection of lifestyle changes vs "Dieting" - The pictures are from my weight gurus app that is tied to my weigh gurus scale. This app apps appears only to work with this specific scale.

Thanks @Mom2Boxer - My feet were clean, LOL, when I got on the scale a few hours back today but I didn't get the number I expected. Take a look at the image to the right. I was sooo excited when I got home last night and saw 215.2 and then I opened my pie hole a few minutes afterwards. Que sera, sera.

Go Ches, down trend is always good! Your average would have been even lower if that 219 weigh in was missed...

Oh I wiped my scale off this morning and hoped my walk from the bed to the scales didn't dirty up my bare feet too much. 😂 Oh those numbers were great and soon, you will be lower than that. Get 'er done, Warrior!

Thanks @Steven Lloyd - Arghhh and Yes! Thanks @Mom2Boxers - 😂 Let's go lower numbers. Thanks @Becc@ - I had to check but it looks like today is my 52nd consecutive day of tracking. I must keep it up.
