Typical that when I get to a new low I rebound the next day. Typically I hold at that plateau for a bit. But below 160 for the first time in maybe 15 years. I will take it!
72.5 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
