Trying a new tact. Watching calories, and staying low carb. We'll see how this goes. I have been having trouble getting my calories up, and protein and carbs balanced. So, to shake things up, just calories for now. Fingers crossed.
73.2 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
