My 5 tips for eating junk and getting away with it!

1. If you go high carb one day go low carb the next so you balance the carbs out on the weekly basis!

2. Eat your carbs before exercise so you can burned most of them off or help them turned into muscle glycogen!

3.Go high carbs, go lower fats for the day!

4. Eat more fibre after your Carbs to stop the Sugar cravings!

5. learn to be happy with yourself whoever you are big or small, sure you can critique your physique but do it in a positive way!

An example of number 5 would be if you were standing naked in front of a full length mirror you could say "I like the definition around my collar bones but I'll like it even more when I lose/gain the mass i want".

not pointing out all the negatives and being stressed because you're not who you want to be! would the person you want to be have such a negative attitude about themselves?

To become who you want to be you first have to accept who you are! (Yes that does include in a physically naked state).
