Just got back from trip to New Orleans (Nawleenz).
Some how I managed to lose instead of gain any. Appetite was not affected by all that rich food 🥘 mainly drank coffee ☕️ to stay alert.
Will post more when I wake and feels really good to be home 🏡.
71.8 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
