Not too shabby for a first week back 😁 but I also know that the first week is the easiest 😂 I averaged around 1800-2000 kcal per day and did 5k power walks 4 times this week trying to build up my stamina back..Which is completely gone btw! This week I will reduce the calories slightly and repeat the same exercise. Step closer to my 89kg mini target for October and weight from the holidays no 4 gone!!! 3 more holiday pig outs to go yet 😂🤣😅
I'm in a good frame of mind again and it was very easy this week to stay focused. let's hope it continues 😀
