Hi all, I just wanted to say that this time of year when it gets cold and dark is usually the hardest for us dieters so I wanted share a strategy that i use, its simple if you go over your calories/carbs for a day or so go from tracking on a daily basis to a weekly basis. basically over one day under the next by your regular deficit and the calories you went over.
122 kg Lost so far: 38 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
