Just recording this... because I wasn't able to record a weight this morning. While it would seem I only gained 1 pound after consuming 290+ carbs yesterday, I don't know that I wasn't actually down 2lbs because I fasted the day before.

I am fasting today AND going to the gym today, so there is a good chance I will not gain tomorrow... However, who knows. My blood glucose is currently 108 and I have not eaten ANYTHING today (I woke up at 4:00am).

I suspect my body is STILL processing the food from yesterday and that my insulin is still in high gear. Right about now it is probably still storing fat...
