I guess it's better than gaining. This is where I usually sabotage myself,so I really have to be on my toes right now. Going with my sister to see "A Star Is Born" next week. Kinda worried about the popcorn carbs...I am not strong enough in a movie theater to deny it. Just have to figure out a menu for that day. May be a popcorn and diet soda day. Thoughts?
