SHOCKED when I got on the scale this morning! I've been feeling bloated the past few days, positive it was from occasional carb consumption last week. Got back to KETO WOE a few days ago and the weight is, again, just falling off. Let's see this trend continue!
103.6 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 35.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
