So after 3 months and 4 holidays I am back. As you can see I did a massive damage to the hard work I put in over last 2 years and I'm back to feeling unhealthy 🙄 Did I wish I managed my eating better? of course, but this was an amazing summer full of fun! However I do not want to be fat anymore and it's time to get back onto it. I didn't do any exercise in the past 3 months and I think this was the main reason for such rapid weight gain.. no excuses, no depressed confessions just let myself go and now is time to get back to real me.the next holiday I take I want to be slim! small steps for starter not to overwhelm myself with amount of work ahead of me. Fitbit charged, meals prepped, head in the right place. Want to get to 89kg by the end of October and with hard work it's possible. done it once, will do it again!

My last holidays I went with my girlfriend's to Algarve and although it was amazing I did feel very self continuous next to them in size 6-10, being the only one not in bikini.. and this gave me the motivation to get back onto it, as the next girls holidays I take I will rock that bikini and I will feel good about it!
