Just back from the dr and over the moon!!!
I have lost over 11 kg in the last 4 months!!!!!
So so so happy, haven’t weighed this much in almost 9 years

Lost so far: 17.0 kg.
Still to go: 14.8 kg.
Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
