New plan works.

One meal a day (or 2 meals within 1 hour window) - only keto diet and ultra low carbs (0g total if possible - green salad doesn't count)

Exercise 4 times a week if possible (weight training and hiit)

Coffee, tea, apple cider vinegar, some vitamin supplements as required. Water when thirsty not the 8 cups per day lie.

17kg of fat to go. Can i make it in 12 weeks?
89.7 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.8 kg a Week
