Feel really odd today, had a good enough workout if not better. Yet can't put a finger on what is going on. My guess is just keep on training as hard as i possibly can and enjoy doing it. Try new foods and different recipes and relax a bit more. Also i just need good old fashioned sleep, just switch off for a bit. That will do me a lot of good. My kids are doing fine, they are happy and relaxed and most of all my little son Ezra is starting to be independent and learning things and less rebellious. Just chill. Trying to get my head round things just need to stop and be still.
