Wow! I've started pushing myself to incorporate more fruit and veg and I guess this is the result. My calorie intake is drastically lower than it used to be and I'm constantly feeling full. I wish I'd done this years ago!
103.6 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
