i have not been keeping track of what I'm eating. My health coach has recommended that sonce I'm at a standstill I try getting back to food journaling so we can see what kind of tweeks we can make. so I am committing to journali g for the next month. Here is to the time commitment that is for me and my health. Here is to remembering why I started this journey in the first place...to get healthy and get off the medication. Here is to making myself number one.
