Another small soup yesterday, not sure if is a good idea buying those prepared soups, I guess would be better for me if I prepare myself 🤔
62.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That could possibly account for a sudden gain as well, if your soup has a lot of sodium in it; especially if it's just regular salt instead of sea salt! I've noticed sea salt doesn't get to me too much, but if I eat out and have a meal with the usual salt everyone uses, I can end up with my feet and legs feeling a bit swollen.
