211d 7:50 t28🔼⬇️ 🤔/ 量了很多次,怎麼那麼好 🤔,這2週教練請假,完全沒運動,还能連降体脂30 —> 29、28 🤔🤔🤔,不然30卡超久了⋯⋯ 🤔🤔 / 晚上量 23、24了 / 拜託明天不要还我 / 不過、今天午晚都有聚餐,又有中秋週末吃喝,看來28也很難hold住⋯⋯
