Right had enough now, I’m coming off these stupid tablets they are making me gain too much weight I would rather suffer the consequences than a +2lb gain every week 😢

70.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg. Still to go: 7.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel for you - my weight has ballooned because of my tablets. They really increase my appetite so much! :( Good luck - and if you’re taking the tablets for a specific reason, please speak to your doctor first. My tablets have horrific side effects if you just stop taking them, so please be careful. We’re in it together, take care x

Hi there thankyou for your support, I am taking noresthisterone it’s a hormone tablet so ok to stop. It’s a catch 22 situation but never mind! I wish you well on your weight loss journey xxx
