☹️ That’s not good and I’ve been eating healthy.
65 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

hang on in there and be proud of yourself for eating well all week, even if you didn't see the results you wanted on the scales. weight works in mysterious ways! it's annoying, but you'll get there!
