Uh oh! Labor day and corn seems to be showing up. Oh well, I'm still doing good. Had a delicious ACORN SQUASH for dinner with a 4oz sirloin burger, so good! Have a spaghetti squash for tomorrow. I also have a cauliflower that I will turn into garlic mashed potatoes! They are out of this world!!
