Slow and steady is the name of this journey this past month. after a month beginning with a almost 7 lb weight gain without going off my eating plan AT ALL, I am finally back down to where I was a month ago. I have to admit, this weight gain made me extra frustrated, but what is my other option? Going back to eating unhealthy and gain weight and destroy the healing my body has accomplished in the past 6 months!!! NOT AN OPTION!!
105.0 kg Lost so far: 24.3 kg.    Still to go: 30.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
