Sort of plateaued at 306. Went out last night and had a nice dinner with brother Tim. Several drinks. Went up to 1900 plus calories but stayed within the 1700 average per day. Would like to break this recent plateau.
138.8 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 45.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
