107.5 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 28.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Weight fluctuations are NORMAL and typically not accurate. Don’t be discouraged, and it should balance out.

Weight fluctuates! I like using an app called Happy Scale which does trending and averages for you to account for normal fluctuations.
