I hate weekends. I always go up and I try my best to eat right. Must be doing something wrong. I'll get it someday!

Weekends are tough for me cause my routine is off. I need to stay busy and avoid snacking while watching football and stuff. I feel your pain!

I had problems with weekends as well. All I wanted to do was relax from working all week. then I feel hungry all the time. slmshdy is right staying busy keeps your mind off food and keeps you active. I try not to sit down at all during the day. make extra trips putting laundry away or plant some new flowers outside ect. Don't give up you got this
