Back down one pound from yesterday. Just goes to show how much weight can fluctuate normally from day to day.
88.3 kg Lost so far: 23.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes, Weight changes constantly, similar to our eating habits.

My eating habits don't change, but weight can fluctuate anyway. Bodies aren't robots, they do unpredictable stuff sometimes.

You eat the same identical foods everyday?

Yeah, I pretty much do. Same breakfast every day, Soylent makes up about half of my other calories for the day, and I have a pretty limited set of things I eat besides that. Keeps it easier to stay on track.

Too many variables...I find it hard to believe our bodies burn food just like a calorimeter.

My breakfast is similar, but lunch & dinner are always different every day. That provides the challenge of life!!

Good point Cb1006 — CICO is fundamentally true, you've got to have a calorie deficit to lose weight. But there are plenty of variables that happen every day, both external and internal, for it to be a simple linear process.
