Body fat recorded at 27% and blood pressure was 143/81 pulse 85
90.2 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

Thank you Paul. Yes it would be,if only it was all lean mass weight. Im in my mid 50's and have trained for 16 yrs so I very much doubt that is was all muscle, having said that I have been dieting for quite some time so may be enjoying a little bounce back due to muscle memory
