ok I'm back on the diet wagon and I've lost 7lb in the first week. It's been relatively easy so far so hopefully I can stick to it for more than a few weeks. I'm 40 in 6mo and have 2 big family holidays plus Xmas in that time so I'd like to get my shit together before I reach middle age!
95.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
