I'm actually not upset about this, I thought yesterday was a false low. Ate well yesterday and got a lot of activity in, but did not drink nearly enough water. 6 days until next dress fitting, staying focused!
61.6 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
