I'm into the 11stones now! Gosh. 11st 12.5lb. I don't ever remember being that weight. Definitely not in the last 15years.

75.5 kg Lost so far: 36.7 kg. Still to go: 7.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.6 kg a Week
