Hello Everyone!! Happy to see the scale going in the right direction. I made sure to drink more water. I also watched the suggested videos and really found them helpful as well as very educational. I still remain worried about switching over to Keto. It sounds great and I would like nothing better than to reverse my T2 Insulin dependency. More studying today! Chow

studying is a good thing. I eat keto lifestyle and I find it helpful for my conditions. Mine are different then yours, but you have noticed I am sure that cutting out high carb refined flours and sugar has been a benefit to you. You can also discuss this with a few professionals. some doctors are open to this progress and some are not.

I recommend a whole food plant based diet. Watch the movie Forks over Knives. This lifestyle change has reversed type 2 diabetes for a large number of people!

I have been on a balanced, low calorie diet that includes all food groups. By losing 20 pounds (10% of my body weight), my A1C went from 6.2 to 5.4. ....... blood sugar from 131 to 108. This kind of diet is sustainable for a lifetime.
