Changed my diet and workouts to increase protein and strength training....how the heck did I gain 4 pounds in two week? Thankfully I feel great and am already getting much stronger. Screw the scale! Lol
69.1 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you probably just gained muscle

Like Emily said. Strength training, increase in protein, and weight loos can play havoc with your head, at least it does me. I do suspect that it is all muscle gain. The good thing is that the added muscle will boast metabolism and increase calories burned. If you look good, feel good, and the clothes fit better then you are headed in the right direction. Keep at it, proud of your efforts.
