645 AM Weight. 24.7 lbs Fat. Good solo bike ride yesterday in the heat along the coast, 101 miles in 5.5 hours. 3200 calories burnt. Lost about 5lbs of water weight during the ride despite drinking about 140oz of fluid!
68.4 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
