I went out to eat last night and splurged on a Margarita. Only had dinner yesterday and skipped breakfast and snack. Was down this morning! In past, this would have been where I say (//))$64/; it and wake up and eat a donut.
76.5 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
