730 AM. 25lbs Fat. Ouch! 3.4 lb gain in one day. I need to review my journal but seems like any alchohol consumption causes a huge one or two day spike on the scale. Long bike ride planned but getting a late start so may end up making it shorter.
69.8 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
