Not really surprised. Burgers and coleslaw for lunch, followed up with a late night visit to the supermarket for bread and chicken.
So it was a late dinner of roast chicken ciabatta, with loads of coleslaw.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
