I'm going in the wrong direction. I'm blaming exercise! I've been running in place and lifting weights. I know this will pass but it's very discouraging.
72.9 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It really isn't discouraging - if you are lifting then you will gain muscle as your are losing fat and muscle weighs a lot more than fat - use your clothes and mirror to see how well you are really doing!
