600 AM weight. 25.8 Lbs fat. I'm seeing a trend with too much alcohol and a big weight gain a day or two later. Hopefully the gain will be temporary.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
