430AM Weight. 25.5 lbs Fat. Good group ride today. 70 miles and 2200 calories burnt in 3 hours 30 minutes. Its easy to overeat though while trying to make sure your getting enough carbs and calories while riding. Concert tonight and need to make sure I dont have too many beers!
69.6 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good concert, Hall and Oates and Train. Too many beers though. At my age, I should know better!
