59.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg. Still to go: 5.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.7 kg a Week

A lot will just be fluid retention and will no doubt drop off very shortly. Just a blip, we all have them 😊
