835 AM Weight. 27.2 lbs of fat. I almost didn't post this weigh in since it was a huge weight gain from the previous couple of days. i think (or hope!) what happened is explained in this article. https://www.livestrong.com/article/70435-alcohol-make-bloat-gain/
I had way too much fun the last couple of days, drank too much alcohol and caffeinated soda, and also exceeded by calories by about 500 per day. Plan to drink alot of water over the next couple of days and hope this was body reacting to my poor choices
71.8 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
