Weekend weigh in. Had a positive week with kick starting my calorie counting. Lost more than I thought I would but I always loose it quicker in the first few weeks.
91.9 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
