Thanks everyone for the advice and support! Last time I weighed in, I had hit a plateau. I hadn't lost any weight for two weeks despite a very low calorie intake.

So I raised my calories to about 1,700 a day while doing intermittent fasting for three days. (I had all 1700 calories in the first few hours of the day, and nothing after 2pm)

It worked, I lost over two pounds in about five days and I'm back on track!
91.5 kg Lost so far: 20.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
