8lb on in 3 days is my body for real sick of this shit
77.1 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's an absolute ball-ache but you need to keep your food diary up to date. Be honest with yourself and weigh/measure everything that passes your lips. That way you'll be able to see how much you're eating and what the carb/protein/fat ratios are. You'll know your cycle so you'll be able to estimate when you can expect water retention thanks to hormones and when you put the two things together with your exercise regime you'll be able to tweak it all to get on the journey properly. Sorry but there's no easy fix. Try reading up about different types of ways of eating and see if there's one you can trial and stick to. Chin up, Bella - you really can do it!
