First day on it, seems to help pre planning my calories for the next day so I will continue to do that. IV also lost some weekend weight after having a binge on pizza (no more)
93.3 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
